Effective Conversation is a new company that combines nearly ten years of experience in teaching Non Violent Communication and graduate training at Columbia University in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, with 20 years experience in the corporate world of international finance. With continuing education in an empathy-based system of communication and mediation, our training and mediation success reflects the personal skills of the company's principal, Martin Epstein.
